The ground level patio sets the stage for outdoor enjoyment. Picture yourself grilling on the charcoal BBQ or rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Ready to relax? A residential elevator ensures easy access for all guests and makes unloading suitcases and groceries simple. The open living area is a true highlight, with a wall of windows flooding the space with natural light and providing easy deck access. Great Gulf views abound from every angle. On the upper level, the luxury continues. Here you'll find 4 additional bedrooms, including a primary suite that's a true sanctuary. It features deck access, a sitting area, a coffee bar with mini fridge, and an en suite full bath with a double vanity, separate soaking tub, and walk-in shower with a bench seat. Each of the other bedrooms is thoughtfully designed, with a king room boasting deck access and an en suite bath with a tub & shower combo, another with two twins with deck access, and the final bedroom with two pyramid bunks (sleeping up to 6) and a seating area with a wet bar. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
