The galley kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, serving utensils, dishes, glasses & silverware you’ll need for fresh, budget-friendly meals during your Galveston vacation.

The primary suite has a king bed with a beach view, side chair, en suite bath with walk-in shower & double sinks, plus direct deck access for quiet mornings with sunrise coffee. The second bedroom sleeps up to 4 in bunk beds, perfect for kids and teens. Down the hall you’ll find a full guest bath with a tub/shower combo and a closet with a stacked washer & dryer available for your use.

With easy neighborhood access, you can hit the beach at any time of the day. Walk the dog along the coast in the mornings, ride the waves with the kids in the afternoon, or enjoy the sunsets in the evening. Don’t forget to make plans at the Pointe West Resort. Get access to the cycling/walking paths, swimming pool, lazy river, and fitness center when you book a home in the neighborhood (with amenity fee). It’s family fun for everyone!

On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
