Campeche Cove & Campeche Cove Estates

Campeche Cove, Campeche Shores and Campeche Estates are Galveston neighborhoods near Moody Gardens Golf Course, on Stewart Road about three miles west of 61st Street. This Galveston real estate has the look of a traditional American suburb, while offering some of the advantages of a resort community: waterfront properties, Moody Gardens Golf Course, and other nearby recreational facilities.

Campeche Shores: 27 townhome units on Sydnor Bayou, built between 2004 and 2014, about half under 1,760 square feet.

Campeche Cove: 71 older single-family houses built between 1976 and 1984. Most are mid-size, averaging 2,200 square feet, though some have as many as 4,100 square feet under roof. Some homes are on a large lakefront, and there are tennis courts and a small playground. Townhomes in Campeche Cove Subdivision are called Bay Meadows Townhomes.  Some of these townhomes are located on dry lots and several are located on Lake Campeche.  The townhomes have access to all of the amenities of the subdivision, plus they have a pool for their owners’ use.

Campeche Estates: Approximately 20 larger, upscale houses on 2 cul-de-sacs within boundaries of Campeche Cove.

Sales prices in the Campeche neighborhoods generally range from the $200,000s to over $500,000.
