Riviera Condos

Riviera Condos are West Galveston condos consisting of two mid-rise towers on the beach. The first tower was built in 1985 and the second followed in 1988. Both are 7 stories tall, with single-family residential units located on 6 floors.

The Riviera’s 66 units feature balconies and large windows facing the Gulf, with entries on the Galveston Bay side. Square footage ranges from 522 to 1,566 (median size is 712 square feet). Both buildings have elevators and central laundries.

The Riviera Condos are fairly close to town, located on FM 3005 6 miles west of 61st Street. The Galveston Country Club is 3 miles west, and Moody Gardens Municipal Golf Course is 4 miles away. Galveston Island State Park is 4 miles west.

Unlike much of the beachfront real estate in Galveston, vacation rentals are prohibited. Pets are welcome, however.
